# Delivery

## A real book, delivered

The €99 launch edition includes one A4 landscape hardcover with 34 pages and standard shipping to the destinations available at checkout. We only accept orders for supported destinations. Check the recipient’s name and full address before paying.

## When it ships

We start printing **after you approve your illustrated proof**. Time spent uploading photos, reviewing the book or requesting changes is separate from printing and shipping time.

Delivery estimates for each supported destination will be shown before paid checkout opens, including how your approval affects the timing. We are not currently taking paid orders while those estimates and the production process are being tested. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless we expressly agree one with you.

Your private order page shows the status and any tracking link supplied by the carrier. Carrier updates can take time to appear.

## Address changes and delivery problems

Contact [hi@thelove.press](mailto:hi@thelove.press) quickly if an address needs changing. Once production or dispatch has begun, a change may no longer be possible. We’ll explain any redelivery cost caused by an incorrect address or a missed collection before asking you to pay it; we do not charge it automatically.

If a parcel is missing, damaged or substantially delayed, contact us with your order number. We handle the investigation with our print and delivery partners. For consumer orders, responsibility for the parcel normally stays with us until you, or someone you nominate, receives it.

## Cross-border orders

We show any charges we collect at checkout. If a supported destination can involve import charges payable by the recipient, we explain that before payment. We do not promise duty-paid delivery unless the checkout explicitly says so.

If we cannot deliver your order as agreed, we’ll contact you about the available remedy, including a refund where required. Your legal rights for late or failed delivery remain unchanged.
